“Affordable” rent as long as you’re okay with your car frequently being scratched up & dented in the parking lot. If you live on a second floor, be ready for every room of your home to smell like marijuana & cigarettes. You can forget about being able to open your windows ever again!
This place had some high highs, and low lows. The community *was* absolutely fantastic at this apartment, surrounded by nature and trails, and was super close to downtown. It was a perfect location! However, while I lived there we went through multiple issues including pests, mice, bugs, things falling apart, cheap items (not unexpected) and slow wait times.
