“Affordable” rent as long as you’re okay with your car frequently being scratched up & dented in the parking lot. If you live on a second floor, be ready for every room of your home to smell like marijuana & cigarettes. You can forget about being able to open your windows ever again!
This place had some high highs, and low lows. The community *was* absolutely fantastic at this apartment, surrounded by nature and trails, and was super close to downtown. It was a perfect location! However, while I lived there we went through multiple issues including pests, mice, bugs, things falling apart, cheap items (not unexpected) and slow wait times. The apartment could be cleaned and usable though, and was worth it for the price and people. THEN, they kept increasing the prices even though nothing had changed. THEN ... read more
