I got a screw in my tire and had to change it out at work before I could leave. I stopped into my (previously) preferred auto shop to see if they'd plug it (always cost me $20) really fast since it wasn't on the car and they told me they were too busy (no cars on the lifts in the shop). Okay then. So on my way home I passed these guys and decided to stop in and ask, even though they were getting ready to close. Very prompt service. Had my tired repaired before I was even able to finish making my cup of coffee! My family will be using them for all services from now on.
From the owners to the guys in the bays doing the work, everyone here was friendly,knowledgeable,and professional. They diagnosed the issues but didn’t pressure me about when and where to get the work done. I was very pleased with the pricing and the standard of work.
Took my 2006 dodge caravan in today to get the brakes checked and oil pressure light came on when it was started.. The service was fast and the pricing was great and most importantly they were honest about what repairs my vehicle needed. I had my van back in a couple hours. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that checked me in and out but he actually thanked me for my business. Now that is something I don't get often anymore. I would highly recommend Franklin Muffler and Brake for your automotive repair needs.
These guys stand behind their work 100%! I lost my dad and the last thing I have that he personally picked out and bought was the good Ol Chrysler 300. It has been a great car that we have had for the last 10 years. Dad always kept up on the maintenance of the car and I want to keep it in as good of shape as possible. Jim and his team are honest, trustworthy, very reasonable on price. They are only ones I will let touch my car. After moving 2 hrs away, I still will drive to have them service my car!
I've been going to Franklin Muffler and Brake for many many years. They replaced a muffler for me on my old Cavalier. I was hooked. Now I drive from Indianapolis to Franklin for every oil change. They are honest and hard working. Don't be fooled by the name though. They do just about all maintenance. They can even order tires for you if you are willing to wait a couple days.
