I've been a member with fmfcu for a very long time. This evening I had a terrible phone transaction with multiple customer service associates. JOHN especially was incredibly impatient. He didn't want to listen. He wanted to throw me on hold just like the other customer service representatives did. I plan to go to the call center headquarters to lodge a complaint and potentially express my 1st amendment right to petition my greviences against JOHN and anyone else involved in this terrible transaction.

I've been a member for a long time. The customer service is still good but their online/mobile services are constantly having issues. I'm thinking it's time to make a change.
