As a small business owner, I expected professionalism, transparency, and communication. Instead, my experience with Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union has been frustrating and disappointing. Genuinely one of the worst financial institutions I’ve had to deal with. I recently refinanced my car loan through them and have had nothing but issues with little to no resolve. The first two months, my external transfers from another institution to my car loan were cancelled or rejected. When inquiring about why this happened, my primary bank (who I’d had forever with no issues on external transfers) said they had no record of rejecting a transfer and that it must be on Franklin Mints end. I've been a member with fmfcu for a very long time. This evening I had a terrible phone transaction with multiple customer service associates. JOHN especially was incredibly impatient. He didn't want to listen. He wanted to throw me on hold just like the other customer service representatives did. I plan to go to the call center headquarters to lodge a complaint and potentially express my 1st amendment right to petition my greviences against JOHN and anyone else involved in this terrible transaction.
