System and Teller were very slow. Manager jumped in to help and was able to complete my deposit. Glad I didn't get towed or a ticket!
This branch is outstanding! While parking can sometimes be an issue depending on what time of day you go, the customer service is exceptional. Phil, who is one of the managers, helped me with a recent issue and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. FMFCU should be proud to have him as an employee. Thank you, Phil.

Application for car refinance was easy enough. The representative I spoke with was not very helpful and I seemed to ask for requests outside of his job description, even though other credit unions were able to easily help with my question. Management was not helpful either, unfortunately, but my rep did call me back to relay this information to me.
