Application for car refinance was easy enough. The representative I spoke with was not very helpful and I seemed to ask for requests outside of his job description, even though other credit unions were able to easily help with my question. Management was not helpful either, unfortunately, but my rep did call me back to relay this information to me. In the end, l could not join the credit union because of where I live and work, so selective membership important for consumers to know before their credit is run. Potentially a f... read more
