They have previously done well with my son in the ER, but my recent first trip was not the best. I was in pain so bad from my sciatic nerve that I was shaking and was wanting to make sure nothing was going on before my upcoming surgery. I have a high pain tolerance and it hurt to sit, stand, walk, etc. Dr. Patel didn't want to do any imaging because he didn't deem it necessary and the nurse lied and said that they don't have radiology on night shift. Dr K and Lori in the ER are fantastic amoung other employees that I don't know the names of.....Dawn in Wound care is also fantastic....the only issue I have is they don't advertise that they have a wound care at the Franklin facility when they have a GREAT wound care nurse that is 100% better than the wound care in bowling green....Get to the advertising med center Franklin !!!!
Dr. K became my favorite ER doc of all time! He is capable, focused, and funny. Nurses were great, too. A very fine health care center. Thank you for taking good care of me.
