They're literally my primary care doctor assigned through my health plan. The number on the health plan site routes you to a "case management company" in Connecticut, who just give you an office number, with an address that doesn't match the one provided in the healthcare portal, who very rudely insist they don't take my coverage, despite being the Dr assigned to me, and that there's nothing they can do to remove themselves from the site. I'm not a big fan of doctors. Dr. Artzberger is the best doctor I have ever seen. He has made my fear of doctors significantly less. Dr. Artzberger (and Franklin Medical Consultants) listen to their patients. They provide clear, concise, and effective communication. Dr. Artzberger will ALWAYS tell you how it is. He is always upfront and honest. However, he does this in a way which is both kind, well-mannered, and he takes cultural differences into account. Dr Artzberger is a GREAT physician. He cares about his patients, he takes his time with you, he makes sure you are comfortable with the plan of care. I am new to him and have been in the hospital and when I saw him for my follow up visit he got his staff right to working on me due to shortness of breath that the hospital didn’t treat me for and it was my initial complaint. Doctors terrify me. Dr. Artzberger doesn't. He is the best doctor. Very nice.
