Chasity is the best! Such a clean facility & the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional in the services provided and asking and answering any questions I had. They also set up other services I needed. The building is clean and tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend Nurse Practitioner Chastity Adkins and her staff.
