Provider is horrible denied a MRI after knowing that I had a confirmed possible right shoulder torn rotator cuff and the only way to diagnose this would be with a MRI. Doctor indeed refused this request multiple times in front of a intern doctor at the Richmond VA clinic. Purposely delaying of patient care & further treatment until he was told that I was contacting patient advocate as well as the Virginia board of medicine.
