I want to let it be known how impressed I have been with Dr. Franklin Lin and the entire medical staff. June 3rd I had emergency surgery on my spine after I was life flighted to Kennestone hospital on June 1st from a 15ft fall. That resulted in breaking my back. My husband had outpatient surgery yesterday. Dr. Lin's expertise and detailed (proactive) communication made the experience as pleasant and manageable as possible. He interacted with us in professional and caring ways, and the surgery went smoothly--accomplishing what we hoped for. His PA and scheduler were also pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't say enough about how pleased and grateful we are for the care my husband received!

Unfortunately I am a spinal surgery veteran. I went to see Dr Lin to discuss an implant in order to avoid having surgery but ended up having surgery. He is an excellent doctor, explains conditions well, and has a great personality. I’m recovering now but feel very grateful for his care.

Dr. Lin is an excellent doctor and surgeon. We first met Dr. Lin in the ER and he makes you feel comfortable with him immediately. He keeps good eye contact with you and explains everything very well and makes sure you understand the situation, the risks and benefits of a surgery, and the results. His bedside manner and skills are excellent. We highly recommend Dr. Franklin Lin.

I was referred to Doctor Lin due to pain in my lower extremities. He was very interested and concerned about what was going on and followed through with all thee necessary test to pinpoint and make sure that the procedure that he recommend would fix my problem. Not only did he fix the bone spur problems in my lumbar area but I was up and about in minimal time. I would recommend him to any and all persons seeking spinal surgery.

The very first visit to his office he walked in very pleasant and described what my spine was putting me through without asking too many questions. He knew just by looking at the MRI image. Surgery was scheduled and done and I woke up feeling like a new person. His staff is great and very courteous. He gave me my mobility back and I am forever greatful!

I had my information sent to Dr Lin's office 2 months ago for review for possible surgery. I have placed a follow up call almost weekly and have yet to get a response. After finally speaking with his assistant I was informed she had sent it to him twice with no response. Now she says she will call me whenever she does hear from him. That's exactly one call from his office in response to at least 7 calls from me. Time to find another surgeon. Wasted 8 weeks. . Disappointed, he has great ratings.
