Dr. Lee’s bedside manner is cold and distant, he rushes through his consultation to get to the next appointment. He needs to be better prepared with patient info before stepping into the exam room. Dr. Lee should realize that for a lot of his patients their illness/condition is the first major health concern they have experienced, so reading a cookie cutter script is not going to put them at ease or lessen their anxiety. Dr Lee, is wonderful very professional informative understanding and caring he is spot on his staff are also wonderful though busy they dont rush you out very attentive I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee for ALL urology needs. Thank You, Dr Lee and Staff
I need a CPNL procedure, and I was referred to Franklin Lee by the VA. Dr Franklin Lee declined to do my procedure, and he and his staff never contacted me to say that he declined to take me on as a patient. For the longest time, I was told that he had not had time to review my case. I have no choice but to go to Pali Momi Emergency. Dr. Lee has no honor and defies his Hippocratic oath when he refuses to treat me.
I received a referral from the ER to see him. I called to get scheduled and was told he declined the referral due to capacity. Who does that? I was told by the nurse that it’s “just a UTI”. Yeah, it’s just one that’s been going on for months and months and won’t go away despite multiple rounds of antibiotics. I am absolutely disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
