Yes the place is great for me just what was looking for. The young ladies that helped me with all the documents I had to fill out helped in a huge way. They are so nice in welcoming to the neighborhood very nice. Thank you guys a lot YALL ROCK !!
Been an amazing place to call home! Has drama like everywhere else, but some people take stuff way too far! Management has always been very amazing! Most of the people are great people just a few terrible causers! Never had a problem getting anything fixed in a timely matter in the 3 years I've been living here!
There is to much drama around here, residents lieing about things that didn't happen, residents call cops and lieing about things that didn't happen, or they did and then try to get the other resident in trouble when they are actually the ones in the wrong, to much gossip and resdents being two faced, other residents stock residents around the building, Has not been a good place to live in the past 2 years, has been dramatically going down hill
It's just not clean. Vacuumed maybe 1x a month isn't enough. I usually clean the glass doors. Maintenance is over loaded to expect to clean as well. The outside grounds are horrible. Too many sleazy people and too much gossip.
So far if I could give any advice at all it would be DO NOT MOVE HERE NOT SANITARY AT ALL DON'T KNOW HOW IT PASSED INSPECTION POORLY MAINTENANCED WITH ALLOT MORE TO SAY BUT WON'T....
