The sales process was good. The follow-up was more challenging though. It took months and a few follow-up calls/emails to get my appraisal. The bracelet is lovely, and I should probably look up information on how to care for it.

I had stopped in a few stores while in Juneau and Mae was the first to greet me. Jack, Shawn and Mae were fantastic and when i commented that k prefer gold over silver they were able to change the metal on a ring, earring and pendant set quickly. I would highly recommend stopping in to see them if you can!
