Horrendous experience today at this store. We stopped while browsing and casually asked directions to another store...only to be asked by an employee to get out of the doorway. Verbatim. Not the best marketing move when the business is SO dependent on tourists. Thankfully other jewelery stores we visited are going to be memorable for the best reasons.
Words can not express what a fine.staff is at Franklin Jewelers! My husband surprised me for our 50 wedding anniversary with a gold diamond bracelet and if that wasnt enough he also got me earrings and a heart shape necklace!! Thank you to you all for making our trip so special!!
I loved Dr. Diamond, he was so funny and kind. He gave me a great and fun experience, would definitely go again and buy something!!!
