I lived in this place for a little over 4 years. It was a good place. The only thing was when I turned my water on, it was a bronze color. After it running for a minute it would turn clear. Other than that the place was well kept and was close to downtown. It was slightly expensive for a one bedroom of that size, but I guess its due to location.
