I bought my Franklin in 2003. They were a pleasure to work with. They made all the little changes we wanted without nickel and diming us to death. It sounds like things have really gone down hill for them. I guess that explains the Coldwell Banker sign on their office.

I find it very interesting two of the above posts both have the same dog in thier picture. First off, Franklin Homes does not tell us where to place our homes, we tell them and the placement has to be approved prior to getting a permit. They are building my home now and I know a thing or two about building. It is a far more solid home than the first two we built. There are issues, we bring them to Franklin, and they resolve them. Took forever to even get started!! Started working with them to finalize plans and were pre-approved ready to break ground in March/April 2015, they kept telling us that we were the next house in line. They didn't start until August 2015 and took 7 months to complete (in which we had to get re-approved twice because of them taking so long - ouch on the credit!). If you need a sad story come here. If you want a house go elsewhere. This place is a lie.
