House quality is on par with the others. But beware when it comes to getting things fixed. Their claims dept will tell you everything but the truth. Was told materials were backordered for months, only to find out that they had been sending the finish crew the wrong goods multiple times. They asked us to front money and get reimbursed, and it took over a month to issue a check to us. Ac vent issued were reported day one, and 5 months later, they still aren't fixed.
