Great experience living here as a single person. The perks are great with heat, water, gas included in the rent. You only have to manage Internet and Electric. Safe neighborhood, maintenance is prompt. Would definitely recommend living here. Prime location to NJ Transit and the perks of a small downtown.
Have lived here for 3 years and it has been amazing!! Extremely clean & updated!! Onsite staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Definitely one of the best apartments in the Morristown area to live in! Will definitely miss living here!

The building is great, and I would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t need to move for work. The building is tucked away on a quiet side road, but it’s also within walking distance to the train station/downtown. My apartment was big compared to what you’d typically find in Morristown. Parking is easy. The laundry room is clean and updated too. Absolutely zero complaints.
