I have used Farmington pediatrics since I was born (1988), And then I brought my children there. They always had appointments available in a reasonable time, you could count on getting tour health needs met and the doctors and nurses were great! Starting in 2020, and then the switch the MaineHealth it has been a terrible office to try to go to. The only time we get an appointment is at the walk in clinic. The office is great, always kind and efficient. They have a walk-in clinic some early morning to ensure your kid can be seen that day if you wish. They have nurses that will call you back quickly and are great for those "my kid just eat a botton, what's next" kind of question. I don't know the other providers here, but I can't say enough good things about Nicole Donahue. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I have been going to this office for 23 years, despite changing providers due to providers moving, we have landed with THE BEST! I do not have easy children and this whole team goes above and beyond to learn how to best care for my children. The front staff, the referral coordinators, the on call physicians, the MA’s, nurses, every one of them are hands down the BEST!! 10/10 will and do recommend them, always!
As a mom that has had MANY children seen in this office over 23 years, each and every one of these providers are trustworthy, reliable, have their patients best interest at heart, they have compassion and a drive to learn new things. These providers are top notch!!
Always have a wonderful experience and get in and out in a timely manner
