RecommendedMy husband was moved here from a hospital stay. He has advanced dementia and is in memory care. This is especially hard for me due to covid with limited and now no visits allowed. The staff has been wonderful answering my questions, allowing window visits, scheduling in person visits when permitted, and now that visits have been halted again they encourage me to try video chats. this journey would be difficult in any other time, but with covid it is especially hard. the staff that I have had contact with care for my husband ... read more

My mom spent 3 months at Franklin Grove for rehabilitation. The nursing staff is wonderful and caring. The facility is very nice and having a private room during rehab was an added bonus!
I'll tell u what, I have been on the job for 4 days, and from day 1 I wasn't nervous or scared, as meeting new people can be scary, but, all the employees, all the residents are some of the nicest, sweetest, people I have ever met. Everyone seems happy, and glad to be there. Everyone works as a team to ensure that the residents have the best experience possible, and we all work hard to ensure that experience is an enjoyable one!
I have been working at Franklin Grove since my Junior year in High School & have never thought of working anywhere else. Not only do they having caring and compassionate staff members, but they also are amazing with being flexible with days to work. I would recommend everyone in search of a job and is good with people to apply here. Wouldn't go any where else to work. I would recommend it for anyone to have a family member to live or get rehabilitation.
