I have been on this waiting list since 2020. I was contacted by the past manager, Brandon for an apartment. I asked if it is possible to pass me this time, (sprained ankle) and he said yes, will put me on top of list for the next available. That was in November of last year. Update: I was contacted by Jennifer, who is a very kind and caring manager.

Now I can not get any calls returned or email answered with the new manager, to check on availability.
I have been living there for almost 2 years now, and since I moved in, my peace and quiet have been disturbed by the tenant above me! Almost every day and night this tenant is dropping things, slamming things, stomping, moving and dropping furnitures! So far nothing has been done to evict this person! I don't know how much longer I can endure this kind of harrassment! Otherwise this place is kinda quiet.
