Absolutely appalling experience. Franklin Pools have been an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish. They openly admitted there were faults that needed to be rectified, yet became completely unresponsive once it came time to actually fix them. Staff turnover seems constant, and every time you make contact you’re dealing with someone new who has no knowledge of prior conversations or commitments. They don’t even deserve the 1 star! WARNING to all trades!! Stay away!! Terrible experience! I did a bricklaying job for them 6 months ago and only received a small amount of money and $3000 still outstanding! I am a 70 year old with health issues! They stopped all communication. Shame on them!!
Lots of better landscapers out there with less ego & better quality work
