This is the worst place ever infested roaches and also it took them a year and six months to fix my ceiling that is leaking and big hole. Management don’t give u the right answer and maintenance people very rude don’t fix anything. Worst ever I regret being here. Am about to call the health department. On them this is not right. You call the management they ignore you and laugh at you on the phone. Mold on the bathroom too

It’s very bed experience we spend 4 years over there and before we move from there we gave notice to supervisor 1 month before he told us he already sent it via fax to the newyork office and newyork office department say we didn’t received any notice from you now they just give us less then half part of our deposit.we call every then every week but they don’t give us proper reply.
Very bad service and management. Maintenance guys are very mean specially Richard . If you ask for something to be fixe they make it worst. Finally, after months of asking them to fix my bathroom I came today from my work very tired on a hot day ( 95 degrees ) to I destroyed bathroom. My corner Shower caddy broken. And my shower head broken . Dust everywhere. Old paint that they took of the ceiling everything on my Bath bath top on top of my towels on the floor .
