Worst service ever. 10 days to install a hitch. I was called a lier even. Will NEVER go back. I would not trust them to put air in my tires. Horrible place!!!!
Worked with Jerrad to buy a Ford F150 they had on the lot. He was very helpful and transparent about everything regarding the car prior to me having to drive 2 hours. He worked with the sales manager to get me a good deal. Definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a great car without the typical hassles. 10/10 for Jerrad and his team!
Buyer beware. These people have no clue on what their jobs are. Had my car in their shop for four days, when it should have been completed in one. Overall poor communication, poor service, high priced, and extremely poor management. I let the GM know everything that was wrong, and he said he’d call back to let me know what he could do to make it right. As expected from someone like this guy, no calls received from this clown. You’d be better off taking your vehicle in for service at Cooter’s grease monkey shop.
Had an incredible team of people help me purchase my new car. Cole was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. Definitely one of the best experiences buying a vehicle that I have had.
