Update 2 years later: we refinanced our hole through him and he did a fantastic job again. Would still absolutely recommend! We worked with Kevin Ary on our first home purchase back around November and he made things so much easier and as low stress as possible to get financing finished. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need.
