Mike and the Dr were both very welcoming and kind. Dr Drey explained each action before taking it which was helpful for someone with very sensitive eyes. Would go back for sure.
We came to Chicago for a trip and my wife forgot her contact lenses. Michael and the Franklin team were amazing! Her doctor faxed the prescription and within an hour or so Michael called back and said we have trials for you. Bravo to the customer service and the whole team.
Dr. Drey is always thorough, personable, helpful, and he's very punctual. His support staff is also very friendly, helpful, and clear. I've been going to him for seven years and have no plans to change.
