I received very passive aggressive customer service here over the phone with Alexa. I also experienced poor customer service last year with a different staff member over the phone. Otherwise, everything has been fine with the doctor and other aspects.
I had such a wonderful experience with Hannah, Alexis, & Dr. Petko. I had been having headaches due to my contacts being old & needed an appointment asap. From the first interaction with Hannah she was so helpful & accommodating & was even able to get me an appointment for the same day! Hannah was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly , & quick! Great doctor, very patient office and staff
Dr. Petko is highly competent and pleasant. The office itself is well-staffed, welcoming, and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d recommend Franklin Eye Care (and Dr. Petko) to all.
Top notch eye care experience here. 1 hour for a full, comprehensive exam and testing, trying on new frames, getting fitted, reviewing insurance coverage. Seamless process. Friendly staff. Best visit to the eye doc I’ve had in about 20 years! Will be back for sure.
