Franklin electric saved my family on Christmas. I probably called 30+ electricians on Christmas Day with an electrical emergency at my house- we had no power and no heat. Frank was the only one to call me back. He took time out of his day, on a holiday, to walk me through the steps to fix my electric and saved my house from freezing overnight. I am so grateful for him for helping me, a total stranger. I will definitely be using them again anytime I need electrical work!!
Franklin Electric are the very best! Nick and Tim are very professional, friendly, they do excellent work and are extremely neat. I’m very pleased with their work and their overall job performance. Do not use this company. We have had a lot of different work crews help to do all the things needed to install our new pool. We felt grateful for these respectful hardworking crews. Then came Franklin Electric Co. The true devastation they left was shocking. They installed the additional electric panel we needed. They dug a three foot trench that was over 150 ft long and tore down a fence. All seemed fine until they were leaving. They refused to fill the trench. Or put the fence back.
