Franklin and Downs conducted both my parents' life celebrations. I found them to be sensitive and dedicated, including standing in pouring rain to guide friends and family at my mother's service.

The services that we received from this funeral home deserves 5 stars. Kenneth Beard helped us through this rough time in our lives. His kindness, patience, and compassion for our loss was just simply amazing. We felt so comfortable with him and he helped us in every aspect of the funeral.
