We are new patients. Today, we got a call from an incredibly rude receptionist, she has our number wrong and never offered to correct it. Her manner and tone were less than professional. She called our emergency contact because our phone number was wrong and our contact even stated how rude she was over the phone. I had a great experience with the dentist but customer service will not bring us back after tomorrow’s procedure.
Made sure my daughter was well taken care of! So thankful she had a good experience and still loves the dentist.
