cant get anyone on the phone and it just hangs up every time.
This office does not deserve one star. Initially I gave them a chance because I had to file for a claim breaking my tooth with a restaurant and they were the only ones willing to work with my insurance because it was "third party insurance". Also, randomly found on google. Worst mistake. Upon arriving the two front desk women were very unprofessional. Did not seem happy to be there let alone to check me in. I was handed a blue folder to fill out new patient records and put all of my information in there. I waited and waited,... read more

HORRIFIC!! Unprofessional, under educated, extremely ignorant front office female employee. She was so rude & petty I am STILL in shock. Was there with my grandson & ended up leaving. I wish I had of read reviews way before coming but they were the quickest available & now I know why. IF ANYONE WRITES A GOOD REVIEW THEY ARE EITHER PAID OR RELATED!
Initially, a few years ago this establishment was great, but unfortunately things have changed. Not sure I would recommend them anymore. Many times they cancel your appointment without your knowledge, or assign you date of their choice. Not to mention you end up waiting almost 2 hours due to what seems to be a lack of proper staffing. Pretty sure I’ll be looking for another dentist soon, unfortunately.
This office reception staff is extremely unprofessional, I can never get a hold of anyone one the phone but they completely ignore me when I stand in front of them and answer calls. Want you here 10 minutes early for you appointment, then have you waiting over 30 minutes past your set time. If you are 10 minutes late, they reschedule you appointment. The orthodontists are great but their reception staff is horrible.
If I could rate this office a "0"star, I would! A big, red "F"! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS OFFICE. There is a hygienist by the name of, LAYLA, who completely judged my daughter the entire time that she assisted her. Her ONLY job is to clean teeth, but she deemed it necessary to speak to my daughter about her religious beliefs, she judged her nails. She spoke about Whitney Houston and Beyonce being male, and Jay-Z being female at birth; and stated that they all took hormonal pills at young ages. My daughter stated th... read more
My daughter has braces. They turned her away due to a payment issue. However I was not behind on my payments. It has been months since she has been seen. I can’t receive help on getting her in to be seen bc they do not ever have any appointments available. When I spoke to the billing dept the story doesn’t align with what the people in the office are telling me about my bill. I had my dental insurance provider call Franklin Dental that made me an appointment. When I arrived the receptionist told me I couldn't possibly have an appointment because Franklin Dental did not take Medicare advantage HMO but Medicaid only. But after my insisting my insurance company had made the appointment she checked and I saw the dentist She takes x-rays and tells me I need 2 teeth filled and cleaned and makes me an appointment.
