Rude front desk workers. Well, more like nice-nasty. They have mastered the art of smiling at you with a rude attitude. They will never see me again. Period.
I just canceled both of my daughters appointments because this place is very unprofessional they run this place in chaos taking on more than they can handle I’ve been trying to call their office for 2 days and they would pick and say “Franklin Dental please hold” click put you on hold before you can respond and they never get back to you I called the next day after multiple attempts and being placed on hold several times of trying to talk to someone a person answered and I said hey hey hey wait please I’ve been calling all d... read more
I visited this place on April 22, 2026 This place is very unorganized and rude. I sat for a whole hour for them to tell me that my daughter needed a clearance from her doctor because she was pregnant and for them to verify my son insurance will be another hour because they didn’t verify insurance the day prior to coming to the appointment and they was also unapologetic about the situation and the wait time is ridiculous for no one to even be in the facility if I could give this place a zero I would never coming back
I am so very glad that me and my daughter are patients for this dentistry. I really love that they accept our insurance. I appreciate the organizational approach and very orderly process they this dentist office has. I appreciate that they can treat both me and my child. To be able to go to the dentist on the same day as my daughter is very much a convenience. I look forward towards future appointments with Franklin Dental. The staff is very professional and kind!
