Very unprofessional! The exam room is open so everyone can see what you have going on. ( no privacy) I felt that they were unprofessional, writing on my paper,”bad abscess “! I will never go back to this location again!
I am very upset with service provided by Jazmine Adams. She was rude and sly. She was untruthful when stating that she attempted to contact me to confirm my insurance. Then she stated that she was unable to contact me because the number was not correct. When I first established my appointment, I gave all updated information to the lady that I spoke with.
