I have had mostly positive experiences with Franklin Dental & Braces up until recently. My braces have been paid off for over eight months, and during that time I have still been coming in for regular visits while attending college out of state. Since Franklin does not have offices where I go to school, I’ve been very intentional about planning ahead with my doctor and his team. My daughter enjoys going to get her teeth cleaned and loves the ortho team!
I’ve been coming here for years and every time is the same issue, they over book and have you waiting for a long time due to the over booking.
Worst dentist visit ever! I am speaking from the perspective of a patient. Came 10 minutes early for my x-ray & cleaning appointment . Wasn’t seen until 30 minutes later. When I was finally back there I sat for well over half an hour . My x-rays were taken far too many times. A few too many people looked confused like this was there first day at work. No one there was friendly or welcoming. I waited a total of 1 hr & 45 minutes for the most un-thorough cleaning of my entire lifetime . I’m 17 btw. Wouldn’t send my kid there .
