They have replaced cold companies with happy and efficient service. I have moved all my policies here. The best was the amount of money I have also saved. I highly recommend.
Increase ridiculous over an accident that was not my fault. Conway was a great help at fighting investing and trying to understand how you pay out on someone that has evidence after it’s over and done I will be looking for another insurance
They are amazing and have great customer service and I love that they have gospel music playing.
Called office for a bill received found out it was because I didn’t sign up or cancel paperless billing. After 2 years they decided to charge me 168.00 for not having paperless billing. When I said I never asked or denied they told me there was nothing they could to get that amount off bill until the next billing!!!! I will admit I was a little upset, but when I told the girl I was contacting Allstate directly, she hung up on me! Not cool from Franklin Sanders agency!
