The staff were professional & courteous. Dr. Clontz is a true professional with such a great sense of humor. Had a staph infection in my abdomen area and he performed surgery at the CFL Regional hospital then followed up with him at his office. Wait time was fast.
** Be Aware ** If you have other options please take them and do not contact Dr. Franklin Clontz. I would give a -5 star but that wasn't an option. I have had two procedures done by this doctor and had issues each time. His nonchalant and non caring attitude for the patient is appalling and does not help with the your medical matters. He even tried to embarrass me in the middle of his reception area. By speaking negative words to me in earshot of other patients. So, unprofessional!
