Very very disappointed, set up my yearly appointment with Dr. Franklin, last year in and out in about an hour. This year I gave them all my insurance info and they set my appointment, I got the confirmation of the appointment and also the reminder. I showed up 10 minutes early and said good morning to the girls in the office and they said the same and then I signed in.
