Was charged for an additional month after cancelation, even though I signed for cancelation in August was still charged for October! Swimming pool was slippery in several places indicating not cleaned properly! Not the best experience to say the least! UPDATED: received a call from Jessica, expressing her concerns about my experience. She stated it was indeed a clerical error and refunded the additional payment.
