TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I was brought to this facility in hopes of getting some resources for better coping mechanisms and came out fearing ever going to any other mental health facility. Upon arrival i sat for 2 hours in the waiting room once i was finally brought back, i was told different things. First by one tech that if i couldn’t stay overnight I wouldn’t have to. Then by a nurse that I could stay anywhere up to 23 hours or could be released sooner. Keep in mind I just wanted some resources i was not suicidal or in distress. ... read more
Hands down the nicest behavioral health staff I've encountered. It was so apparent that these people legitimately care and want to be there. The chair/"beds" are rough especially since everyone is exhausted when they need a place like this, but the staff went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable, even when clients weren't very nice back.
