Dr. Spencer Thompson your are a wonderful veterinarian and we are so glad we were referred to you! You helped when NO one else would!!!!! You helped and didn't even know us!! Spectacular! ! Awesome staff. My dog needed to be seen in an emergency and had never been there. She had to have basically emergency surgery and she got it. They wil be our vet from here on out. I live in House Springs and have no problem with the drive to get that type of excellent quality care.

I have to update my review to say Spenser and Hunter are simply the best veterinary professionals! We have been struggling to find a diagnosis for my sweet Bishop. After months of searching we have an answer and they have dealt with my Doggy Mommy Nurse craziness with such grace! The staff is great! My dog Lucy is 90 pounds with a ton of energy and they are always so patient and great with her. Lucy loves going! I definitely recommend.
The Dr.s and staff are so kind and compassionate! There is no one else I'd rather have take care of my pets! Love them!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about FCAMC from the facility to the Staff. Everything and everyone is absolutely amazing.
