I ordered a lift chair for my Mother and she loves it. The motor is very quiet. It is easy for her to operate and it is a real lifesaver for us. I have been very pleased with the product. I highly recommend it.
I am happy to finally find an American made piece of furniture. When my husband comes home after a long day of work, he always sits down in the recliner. It makes me so happy to know he is so comfortable. The fabric is very soft and cleanable. I highly recommend this product!
In my opinion Franklin brings a new meaning to "Made in USA" --- Dog S**t ! Returned to seller.
Unfortunately I can't give less than zero stars. We purchased a new 2018 Forest River Cardinal fifth-wheel which was furnished with Franklin Corporation furniture. Within about 15 months the finish began to flake/peel off of the theatre seat back. Neither Forest River nor Franklin Corporation will warranty the defective material used in manufacturing this product. I believe it is called "pleather". BUYER BEWARE!
We bought our sofa and loveseat in 2015. We also purchased the extended warranty with it. Within the past 6 months the surface Leather has started to peel and flake off. I called Sunshine Furniture in Tulsa, where we purchased our furniture. We were referred to the warranty company after Sunshine decided they couldn’t repair them.
