We bought a loveseat, couch and wedge in 2019. We took very good care of it...Dakota Oregon Trail Putty. Now the love seat is peeling horribly. I will not be recommending this furniture to anyone. Deeply disappointed especially since it was so expensive.

We bought the Franklin Calvin reclining sofa and a reclining loveseat. Within six months the finish started peeling off exposing the underlying white backing. Now the upholstery is falling apart. Also, the filling has sunk to be bottom of the leg area in a big heap. This is the worst furniture we have ever purchased. It now must be replaced.

Purchased a lift recliner after a couple of months it broke while in the reclined position. The part is on backorder for a month.

We purchased a Franklin sectional on October 1, 2020. We were given an expected delivery date of March 4, 2021. It is now September and still no sectional. Franklin says they have experienced staff shortages, supply chain issues, and more due to Covid and other issues out of their control. While this is understandable, we would like clear communication. We bought an oversized recliner and it broke within three months. It was comfortable looked very nice but the bottom busted out of it. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he’s a smaller framed man. There’s no reason the bottom should have busted as fast as it did. I called customer service and all they can do is replace the parts and we would have to find a service person to replace it. Horrible warranty and quality.

We bought 2 Connery Leather Swivel Recliners on May 12, 2020 and the back of the seat where you sit is collapsing. We only sit in one of the chairs regularly. The repairman cam out and said the back has broken and needs to be replaced. We moved the chair and have been sitting in the other one. It appears to be failing also. We purchased the chairs from Bob Mills, they want me to send pictures and will send another repairman to look. These chairs are junk. The leather looks like new but the guts are collapsing. I would like to give a big thank you to Sarah in operations for helping my family. This company is filled with wonderful staff. I spoke to a very friendly switchboard person who helped my find the person I initially started my project with. After narrowing down the issue, I was surprised with the statement, "no charge". I make purchases on customer service. I highly recommend Frankiln Furniture .
