Always felt very unwelcomed with the staff and my PCP of 2 years moved away and I was just kicked out of the practice.

I called to schedule an appointment on 4/8/2025 due to being sick with a sinus cold for almost 2 weeks, the office staff had to send a message to the provider before scheduling me. When I received a call back 2 hrs later I was told that I would need to take a covid test before being scheduled. As it is my right to do so, I declined the testing.
