You guys REALLY NEED to check what you accept. A friend of ours was trying to help & got my Mom a winter coat from salvation army & came w/ bedbugs. Just a couple of days ago we grabbed a sweatshirt from Franklin community center & found possible head lice. Thankfully just 1 but we're hoping & praying that was it! This is ridiculous! You guys seriously NEED to create or use protocols. NEVER get ANYTHING from you OR Salvation Army again. Well freeze to death before that happens.
