I sign up at the Franklin commons apartments a year ago and they have been great to me great manners and everything I can’t wait to live there and have the best Experience there
I’m a former resident. I lived there for 13 years, and I can tell you that the management, and maintenance are 100% better than any they have had before! Mariah and Skylar, and Phil are definitely the best team that I have seen them incorporate in all of that time. I’m on the waiting list to come back to the apartment complex. I need to stop in and see if there’s anything else I need to fill out because I’m not sure if I had to do any type of paperwork to be put back on the list or not. Office is always friendly and has good humor. Mariah and Skylar are very prompt on resolving any issues that pop up. Great communication and good people. Currently have a waiting list but they are accepting applications.
Mariah and Skylar did a great job helping me apply for the waitlist. The process has been smooth and painless. Thank you so much for your kindness!
