Simply harassment
I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had no clue about an alleged account until I found it on my credit report. I contacted them immediately to find out what it was for and to get a detailed billing statement. I got hung up on. Called back and the person was very rude and I stated that I would like a detailed statement mailed to me so that I can review it before I pay them $1K.
