Called me with a nasty tone and didn't even have the right person. Embarrassing. Reading other comments they can be reported for Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) through FTC and the state attorneys office. Keep records of the times contacted and lack of correspondence. This practice is running not in compliance and needs to be audited.
