My son's healthcare bill (college student) was paid directly with the provider, when this company started harassing him with false/outdated information. I even contacted the hospitals billing office, to ensure the full payment was received. Rude people, incapable of listening. Zero emotional intelligence, very unprofessional. If you get a call, be careful, they are hustlers. Pay at your original providers billing office. Our bill was sent to the wrong address therfore there was a delay in payment.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this collection agency. I was actively working with the hospital on a billing issue when they failed to follow up with me as promised—and instead sent the bill to this agency. The representative I spoke with was rude, aggressive, and showed no compassion for my situation. I received this bill during a period of job loss caused by the pandemic, and instead of support or understanding, I was met with hostility and threats to my credit.
