RUDE absolutely unprofessional people I have ever spoken with
I'd give negative stars if I could. They harass me DAILY. Multiple times a day for months on end... Tons of different numbers, even from local numbers so I'm more likely to answer... I've been consistently paying a bill to them for a year with NO issues, NO late payments, NO returned payments, NOTHING that would warrant this level of harassment.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had no clue about an alleged account until I found it on my credit report. I contacted them immediately to find out what it was for and to get a detailed billing statement. I got hung up on. Called back and the person was very rude and I stated that I would like a detailed statement mailed to me so that I can review it before I pay them $1K.
