The lies, lies and lies! They got an old hospital/doctor (incorrect) bill and did not contact me. When I saw it on my credit report and called them, Sue told me they had it for 2 months and were preparing to garnish my wages and assets. When I disputed the bill that they lied like they verified it. The office couldn’t find record of it. BEWARE 😡
The people working at their call center, they are so rude..Tonya and Roz Washington. Tonya sound like she does not have any customer service skills at all. At the beginning of the call. I told her my name and started telling her the problem, then Tonya starts over talking me and then she sounded so very grouchy, saying 1st of all, I don't know your name. extremely rude and unprofessional!! not good at their job and will blame you , absolutely horrible and should be shut down because they do not know how to run a business or treat people
Dealing with them over a collection from a hospital visit due to a wreck where the bill was supposed to be paid by the insurance of the at-fault driver. Supervisors are great, but the general collections callers are the worst, rudest, nastiest people. Do better. The 1.9 star review is generous.
Randomly started garnishing $200 out of my mom's check a week without any written notice. They then proceeded to take 40% of her Christmas bonus check. She had a panic attack because she now has to worry about whether her kids will get Christmas gifts at all. Scum of the earth
