Considering they are a relatively new establishment in the City of Franklin, the quality of their work and customer service is impressive.
I purchased a 2022 jeep Wagoneer in Sept of 2025. Not even a year later having trouble with my truck. And now they are closed for good I cant find my policy and I know I purchased a warranty. Received an email address to contact manager no response and it’s been over a month.
Wonderful service! Fastest dealership we've had, Jesse seemed to really take our needs into consideration for both our vehicle desires and price point. We'll definitely be returning for future vehicle needs!
Poor management, I have been dealing with my warranty with this dealership since October 2025, and now 7 months later I still cannot get help. I have been reaching out daily to the GM who is handling the warranties now, since they apparently have high turnovers and he is now avoiding my calls. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend getting any warranty with this dealership.
Awesome experience today for service & inspection. The service department was friendly & courteous. With coupon, price was less than I paid at the local dealership.
