Horrible experience, I was told when purchasing a vehicle i would be overnight a 2nd key and a front bracket for my license plate, after a week of calls and texts no answers to where the bracket and key are, i have already been given a ticket for improper plate display. If you call expect to be put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. I still have no copies of the signed paperwork that was going to be mailed to us. Dealing with this dealership has been the most frustrating thing I have done over the past few months. The communication is very poor. They ask for the same information repeatedly, and even though you send it multiple times, they still say they dont have it. Attempts to speak with someone to resolve issues is pushed off to receptionsist who have done all they can to help.
