Extremely Disappointing Service Experience I recently scheduled a service appointment for my 2025 Chevy Equinox EV and informed the dealership of the issues ahead of time, including that I had already spoken with General Motors EV Concierge, who instructed me to bring my vehicle in for further inspection. Dealing with this dealership has been the most frustrating thing I have done over the past few months. The communication is very poor. They ask for the same information repeatedly, and even though you send it multiple times, they still say they dont have it. Attempts to speak with someone to resolve issues is pushed off to receptionsist who have done all they can to help. 11.05.25 is my 3rd and final attempt at trying to use this service department. Back down to 1 star. Going to pick up my vehicle and have it serviced elsewhere. I would avoid this service department if I were you. Summary: May 12th, vehicle was finally repaired after 160 days. For a damaged rim and tire sensor that were damaged by the shop. Adding 1 star to review as the Service Manager did attempt to expedite the process and offset some of the inconvience. This dealership sold me a lemon vehicle after trading my 2022 GT mustang in on an Explorer and I have had nothing but issues since day one! They washed the vehicle halfway, and did not even clean the inside of it. I have asked for an extra key fob which I bought a warranty for and it's been over 2 weeks now and still have not received. But whenever I do receive, I was told I need to take it to another dealership to have it programmed!
