Jamar was very professional in his level of follow up. He promptly provided all of the information I requested about the vehicle I was researching and checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the answers.
My salesman Ariel was the best. She drove two hours to come and get me then of course two hours back. Her customer service rating from 1to 10 is definitely a 10 she made me feel comfortable the whole ride. She expedited the paperwork, between her and the sales manager, they got me out of there and I was on my way home back to Raleigh, North Carolina. Will definitely refer. Everyone who is looking for a vehicle to this dealership in Franklin, Virginia.
