I'll start by saying, the many other times that I've been here, the service is good. However this last time wasn't. I made an appointment for our 2 cars. 2 oli changes and I have a monitor tire sensor light on. So we got there and actually got our cars in about 45 minutes earlier. The car that had the sensor on got in first. The other car that just needed an oil change took 3 hours. So my wife left. I visited this place on Thursday (today) at 6pm. I was first welcomed by Tevin Snead (I might have misspelled his last name) and then by Morgan Randall. I had a clear idea of what I wanted and a budget set. These two gentlemen took their time to show me several cars within my budget. We took the Altima for a test drive, and I was already certain I wanted this car even before driving it. They worked with me, and only having to walk back twice is a good sign.
