Dr. DePace is ridiculous and dangerous. When you walk in, one of the first things you’ll see is a sign telling you that you can expect at least a four-hour wait (yes, you read that right) to see the doctor. In fairness, Dr. DePace does spend a lot of time with you once you finally get to see him. My primary doctor referred me to Dr DePace. I would have been a new patient but can't get through to make an appointment! No return calls? Left 2 messages and when I got through to an operator I was put on hold for 30 minutes then I hung up! Too bad if someone is having a serious problem? Nope, this office is not for me!!
They filled me with hope and then crap on me. Like every other doctor I've seen. At this point I just can't do it anymore, I give up.
Excellent doctor, long wait, but well worth the wait. Very thorough and super nice staff, I just wish they had an office in Philadelphia.
