If I could give 0 stars I would. This outfit should just simply go out of business. What kind of outfit never and I mean never returns any of your calls? Never ever seen a medical staff like this before. Than I hear you have to wait at least 3 hours before you get called just see see a physician. How do you even get into the office because no one ever returns your calls. Unbelievable

You will wait for 3+ hours to be seen. I was told I would have a blood work script sent to lab corp. It was never sent. I have called numerous time over the last 8 weeks to get it and nothing. I also am unable to change a future appointment date because no one answers at the scheduling desk and the mailbox has been full for 3 weeks. I can’t wait to see what they charge me when I do not show up for that appointment. They also billed my insurance for a visit with a doctor that I never saw. My visit was with an NP. Worst office experience EVER!!! First off, you’re guaranteed to be there at least 6-8 hours. You only get to see Depace the first visit, after that it’s all PAs. There is no way of contacting the office, it all goes through an answering service or voicemail, and they don’t answer their voicemail. I called 3 times leaving 3 detailed messages to the billing dept and still no return call after 2 weeks. The whole experience is just not worth it at all. I do not plan to ever return. It’s a shame because I liked Depace.

5 hour wait for one cardiology visit. I was here over 9 hours once. Staff never notifies you of delays & they don't call you back. Prescriptions don't get refilled. High turnover of staff. How is this place even open? Sadly this is the only POTS clinic in the area and the patients suffer.
