Great for an initial diagnosis and treatment plan, but after that find another Dr. Wait times are so long you need to bring a meal with you. No one ever returns your calls, getting prescriptions refilled is impossible, and if you're disabled forget about trying to get them to help with any paperwork at all. I'm trying to get help from other Drs but they can't do anything because this office won't answer the phone or get back to anyone! They are just awful and have terrible office management. The doctors themselves are sweet and very knowledgeable. It’s the front desk that needs organization.. sorry but do not blame us for the bad reviews. You wait hours to be called after your actual appointment time which is unprofessional. And calling them for an appointment is impossible, or is followed with an attitude by the receptionist. They kept threatening they would stop sending in my prescription if I didn’t make any follow up appointments, which I could not do because no one would get back to me at a reasonable time.
The negative reviews are posted by people with common heart conditions, who have reached the office of the ONLY Ehlers-Danlos specialist in the tri-state area. Dr. DePace is a pioneer in the study and treatment of this utterly debilitating dysautonomia condition, and he genuinely cares about helping his patients get better. If you are someone who actually needs this level of care, then you will be more than happy to wait, and be seen by the gentleman who quite literally wrote the medical textbook on EDS.
