How is this office still open? The desk people like Stevie very clearly hate their jobs, and instead find pleasure in debating patients’ ethnicity (“How is she Spanish if she’s Caribbean? No, she’s mixed.”), discussing their lives in great detail with one another, and answering their personal phones while sending callers to voicemail.
