Required for you to wear masks as you walked in the door they hand you one. But it's not required for a doctor receptionist or nurse to wear one they didn't wear any mask to protect their self I don't get this one. The wait time is awful to see your doctor. I have waited 2 hours before seeing my doctor.
They NEVER answer the phone and when you do put in a refill request through the patient portal it takes over 10 days and multiple request for Heather Rocha to ever call in your rX refills. It's too bad that Dr. Alford Jenkins moved to Moncks Corner because the Summerville office is now unresponsive and incompetent.
The doctors at Franklin C Fettter Nassau Street R good from what I've experienced. The help staff for the most part is NOT!! It's VERY sad!!
Excellent Health care and pharmacy is great!
Went to get my records and was met with an insane amount of attitude for no reason whatsoever
