This place is horrible! If I could give it zero stars, I would! My appointment window was 9 am to noon. I arrive at 10 am and they give me a dock door. They have gone on my trailer, maybe twice. I think I'm done, so ask the guy who checked me in. He then says, "Let me check." He comes back to say, "My appointment isn't until 3 pm." I show him what I sent. 9 am to noon first come first serve. He said he will go talk to his boss. Haven't seen him yet. I contacted my dispatcher , and then contacted the broker. I'm literally the... read more
