Dr Franklin will take the time & listen to your problem. He was my physician for several year. I lost him regrettable due to change of insurance . Last year my insurance told me that I can see him again . I called his office , reintroduced myself to be enrolled to have him to be my primary doctor again . I had a bad experience with the personal in this Doctor's clinic. I wonder if the doctor knows how customer's are really being treated. My mother past away while under his care. I filled out a form for the medical records for a policy my mom had so we could buy a real nice headstone for my mother's grave. The office had not called me for two months to let me know about the medical records. Me and my family have been with Dr. Baroi for close to 17 years but regrettably had to stop due to insurance purposes. But I would just like to say that no matter what we were going through he was always available for us. He was always kind and friendly, and he always made sure to understand his patients on a personal level as well as professional.
